Domingo has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and key executive conceiving and delivering high-performing, mission-critical software solutions for new enterprise and consumer oriented businesses. He most recently was co-founder and CTO of Exabeam driving the technology and engineering behind a next generation security analytics solution to help detect modern cyber threats using big data and machine learning.

He has held senior executive roles in leading technology companies including Siebel Systems, Sumo Logic, SugarSync, MobiTV, and Savi Technology. Domingo is an inventor of 21 issued patents. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Chile, and M.S. in Computer Science, M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering degrees from Stanford University.

As Chief Physician Officer, Jamal Hakim, MD, oversees the physician enterprise, clinical program development and quality activities that help make Orlando Health a top healthcare performer. Jamal has served Orlando Health in various capacities since he arrived out of residency in 1991, including chief of staff, chief of quality and clinical transformation, interim president and chief executive officer (2013 to 2015) and then chief operating officer (2015 to 2023). He also has served on the Orlando Health Board of Trustees.

Jamal is board certified in anesthesiology and is a practicing anesthesiologist at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Jamal earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Dr. Rick Ferguson has been involved in teaching implant dentistry for the last 30 years and has lectured in nationally and internationally on topics such as treatment planning, case selection, simple and complex surgical placement and restoration, advanced bone grafting and bone graft materials, use of Computed Tomography and surgical guides, Dr. Ferguson has been instrumental in bringing  3D printing technology to dentistry and developing digital workflows for implant and restorative dentistry as well as clear aligner orthodontic therapy. Dr. Ferguson has developed and implemented implant training programs and hands on bone grafting courses including a Live Surgery Continuum at his Alma Mater the University of Florida and also at LSU which have been attended by thousands of dentists. He maintains a private practice with his wife Dr. Katherine Ferguson in Davie, FL emphasizing dental implants and implant repair.

Jon is a professor of strategic management at Stetson University. He also has significant practial experience with high-growth companies. His experience includes being a partner in multiple start-ups, raising venture capital three times, undertaking two acquisitions, and the strategic sale of two businesses. In addition, he has a PhD in strategic management and have published over 20 peer-reviewed papers relating to the strategies that enable small firms to achieve growth. Jon's combination of experience and education enables him to give unique insights and perspective on the modern business landscape.

Jon Kromenhoek is the Vice President of Sales at Dental Claim Support, bringing over 20 years of proven success in the dental industry. Throughout his career, Jon has worked closely with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs)—the fastest-growing segment in the dental space—helping deliver quality products and innovative solutions to dental practices and the patients they serve.

Widely regarded as a trusted advisor in the DSO community, Jon has a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple dental companies. His leadership style is rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of the industry, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.

Jon lives in Savannah, Georgia with his wife, Alison, and their three children.

Nadeem holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, MBA in finance from Florida A&M University and Advance Management & Postgraduate from Harvard Business School

He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant. 

Dr. Huw Thomas is a seasoned academic leader and pediatric dentist with over four decades of experience in higher education. He has held prominent leadership roles, including serving as Dean at two major U.S. dental schools: the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. His tenure as Dean at Tufts spanned nearly eight years, followed by his continued contributions as Dean and Professor Emeritus.

Shawn leads the UptimeServices and Dental Fix equipment sales channels and manages a team of representatives, bringing over 15 years of dental capital equipment and technology expertise. He specializes in strategic partnerships with dental manufacturers to deliver comprehensive equipment and technology solutions.

With a proven track record in end-to-end project management, Shawn and his team guide clients from initial conception through dental design, construction, and final equipment implementation. He has successfully partnered with DSOs, GPOs, and CHCs to develop and maintain optimized dental equipment formularies that drive operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
