The IMP 26196 MULTIBASE EV BRIDGE SCREW is a high-precision prosthetic screw developed for use with Astra Tech EV multi-base abutments in bridge restorations. Designed for multi-unit and full-arch prosthetics, it securely anchors the final bridge to the multi-base framework while preserving the anti-rotational connection.
Manufactured from medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), it offers excellent biocompatibility, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance—critical for long-term performance in high-load posterior applications. The screw’s geometry and thread pitch are engineered for precise torque delivery and even clamping force, ensuring proper occlusal load transfer and minimizing micromovement.
It fits precisely into the internal connection of EV multi-base abutments. The screw head is shaped to reduce the diameter of the access channel and accommodate esthetic screw-cover materials, blending seamlessly into the final restoration.
