The IMP 33467 Impression Coping is a high-precision open tray component developed for use with NobelReplace Regular Platform (RP) implants. With a collar height of 5.3 mm, it is specifically designed for clinical cases involving thick soft tissue or subcrestal implant placement, where additional height is needed for visibility and access.
Crafted from surgical-grade titanium or stainless steel, this coping delivers exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and long-term reliability. It features platform-specific indexing and anti-rotation elements that ensure accurate transfer of the implant’s depth, angle, and 3D position from the oral cavity to the working model. This level of precision is essential for fabricating restorations that fit properly and require minimal adjustment.
In open tray procedures, the coping is attached to the implant and surrounded with impression material. Once the material sets, the coping is unscrewed and removed along with the tray, preserving the implant’s exact orientation for laboratory replication.
