Product Details
Description:
SprintRay Ceramic Crown A1 is a ceramic-dominant dental 3D printing resin developed for the fabrication of definitive restorative dental applications. Supplied in a 250 g bottle under product reference SRI-0202057, this A1-shade material is formulated with more than 50% inorganic ceramic content and is designed to combine the production advantages of 3D printing with the strength, aesthetics, and finishing characteristics expected from definitive restorative materials. SprintRay identifies Ceramic Crown as an FDA 510(k) Class II-cleared resin for the fabrication of definitive individual and fixed full single crowns, definitive partial crowns in anterior and posterior areas, and individual and fixed single veneers. The material may also be used to produce artificial teeth for dentures as well as monolithic full and partial dentures. The ceramic-dominant formulation is designed to provide high strength, reliability, and aesthetic results for digitally fabricated restorations. SprintRay highlights its radiopacity, allowing restorations fabricated from the material to be clearly visible on radiographs, along with a smooth surface finish, excellent marginal fit, and resistance to wear. The material also features low water absorption and low water solubility, properties intended to support durability and stability in dental applications. The A1 shade is one of several available Ceramic Crown shades, providing an option for matching common dental tooth shades in restorative workflows. SprintRay's Ceramic Crown ecosystem is designed for chairside digital dentistry, incorporating digital scanning, restoration design, 3D printing, washing, curing, characterization, polishing, and cementation into an integrated workflow. SprintRay states that compatible production systems can produce a single crown in approximately 10 minutes when using the appropriate Crown Kit and workflow. The manufacturer recommends following its validated processing and finishing procedures, including the appropriate washing, curing, characterization, polishing, and cementation protocols. After printing and post-processing, Ceramic Crown restorations can be characterized and glazed using appropriate dental glaze systems or polished to achieve the desired patient-specific aesthetic. SprintRay also recommends appropriate surface preparation and cementation procedures before delivery of the final restoration. SprintRay Ceramic Crown A1 provides dental practices and laboratories with a dedicated material for digitally producing definitive restorative appliances while maintaining a streamlined chairside workflow. Its combination of greater-than-50% ceramic content, radiopacity, smooth surface characteristics, marginal fit, wear resistance, low water absorption, and A1 shade makes it a specialized option for definitive crowns, partial crowns, veneers, and selected prosthetic applications. The 250 g format offers a practical material supply for professional dental production using compatible SprintRay equipment and workflows.
