Product Details
Description:
The SprintRay NanoCure is a compact, high-performance post-curing system specifically engineered for digital dentistry and SprintRay’s 3D printing ecosystem. It combines dual-wavelength 365+385 nm LED technology with controlled heat to efficiently complete the post-curing process and help optimize the mechanical properties, surface finish, and biocompatibility of compatible 3D-printed dental appliances. The NanoCure uses 34 individual self-calibrating LED lights and a 180 W heating system capable of reaching temperatures up to 100°C. This combination of light and heat promotes thorough polymerization throughout printed parts while eliminating the need for nitrogen during curing. Designed for efficient production, the NanoCure provides a curing envelope of approximately 4.5 x 4.5 x 1.5 inches and can accommodate up to four full-arch models. SprintRay lists rapid curing times for a variety of dental applications, including approximately 2 minutes for dental models, 4 minutes for surgical guides and night guards, 5 minutes for cemented restorations and hybrid dentures, and 15 minutes for conventional dentures, depending on the material and curing profile used. The system is compatible with SprintRay’s materials library and supports over-the-air curing profile updates as well as user-created curing profiles. Cloud connectivity allows the NanoCure to receive software and curing updates and supports job handoff with compatible SprintRay workflow equipment. A 5.5-inch color touchscreen provides direct control of curing jobs, while automatic safety sensors and built-in maintenance features help simplify operation. Connectivity options include dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB-C. The compact aluminum and glass construction is designed to conserve valuable workspace while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain exterior. The unit measures approximately 7.9 x 8 x 13.5 inches and operates on 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz power. As part of a digital dental workflow, NanoCure is intended to follow the printing and washing stages, helping finalize printed components before subsequent finishing or clinical/laboratory processing. SprintRay positions the system for applications including dental models, surgical guides, occlusal guards, dentures, hybrid dentures, restorations, and orthodontic models. The SprintRay NanoCure, part number SRI-0504025, provides dental laboratories and practices with a compact, automated, and efficient post-curing solution designed to support consistent results across a broad range of compatible digital dentistry materials.
