SprintRay NightGuard Flex 2 Ocean Blue is a second-generation biocompatible dental 3D printing resin developed for the fabrication of flexible nightguards and mouthguards. NightGuard Flex 2 improves upon the original NightGuard Flex formulation with enhanced mechanical properties, greater resistance to fracture, and improved flexibility while maintaining a highly translucent appearance. SprintRay's validated workflow supports printing with the SprintRay Pro, Pro S, and Pro 2 3D printers, using RayWare Desktop or RayWare Cloud software. The manufacturer's instructions specify a minimum appliance thickness of 1.0 mm and provide validated printing parameters for the supported systems. Finished appliances should be processed according to SprintRay's specified washing and post-curing procedures to achieve the intended material properties. The material is intended exclusively for professional dental work and should not be used outside its indicated applications.
